One cannot believe how blue-eyed some enterprises walk through the long corridors of trade. When they learn that there is no light at the end of the tunnel, it’s mostly too late. One can secure one’s position to a certain extent to allow for more safe trading – ask your bank what they do – and one can put oneself into a reasonably acceptable position once the court has interfered with your debtor relationship.
