If an attorney advises on the steps to be taken in a commercial environment or drafts a contract – it is simply not possible without having an intricate understanding of the impact such contract will have on the client’s business, including tax, operations and profitability.

Looking back on the deals done over the last 30 years, it is good to see that one actually was able to add value in securing deals, not killing them.
